Our 7-Step Process

Step 1

Consoltation & Ideas

This is where you (the client) explain what you’re looking for. For example:

Do you want a low-maintenance garden?

A family-friendly lawn?

A calm space to relax?

Something modern, rustic, wild, or tidy?

We discuss your style, how you use the garden, sunlight, drainage, budget and priorities.

Step 2

Site Assesment

We look at the space itself: size, slope, soil type, shade or sun exposure, existing plants, access, and surroundings. This helps shape what’s possible and what will thrive.

Step 3

Concept Design & Layout

This is the plan that shows where everything goes.
It might include:

 Lawn areas

Patio or seating areas

Pathways or walkways

Planting beds and borders

Water features (like ponds or fountains)

Decorative features (screens, pergolas, lighting, etc.)

Step 4

The Plan!

Choosing plants that:

Fit your preferred style

Grow well in the local environment

Work together seasonally (flowers, texture, colour, winter interest)

Match your maintenance expectations (low upkeep vs. detailed care)

Step 5

Materials and Finishes

Selection of the stones, timber, fencing style, decking materials, lighting fixtures, and general aesthetic details that pull the whole garden together.

Step 6

Construct & Build

This includes the actual hard landscaping and soft landscaping work such as:

Building patios, walls, raised beds, decking

 Levelling and shaping ground

Laying turf or artificial grass

Installing planting schemes

Step 7

Aftercare & Maitenance

Advice (or a maintenance plan) to keep the garden looking its best as plants settle and mature.
